Well, that settles it. I absolutely have no interest in watching this movie now. If the lead actress believes the original Carrie movie and book are 'light' then I really shudder to think how badly she'll interpret the role for this movie. They'd do well to either recast her or pay her extra to keep her mouth shut about the movie. She isn't doing them any favors.
