In the summer of 1979, a friend in a small town in Ohio, the group witnesses a catastrophic train crash, while super-8 film, and soon suspects that it is not accidental. Shortly thereafter, unusual events begin inexplicably disappeared in urban areas, the local deputy tried to uncover the truth - of which more than any can imagine terrible.
