Kevin Costner Defeats Stephen Baldwin In Court

The jury saw it a different way but we respect the jury's verdict. I find that statement extremely funny. Juries are supposed to be comprised of my "peers." My "peers" are people who are smart enough to figure out how to get out of jury duty. Baldwin was basically saying that had Costner given Baldwin insider information not available to the general public, Baldwin would have acted differently. Then Baldwin would have broken the law by engaging in insider trading. I guess Stephen Baldwin's testimony that his "celebrity" reputation was needed by Kevin Costner to market his devices probably made the jury members laugh while they are debating the merits of the case.
