She said that she was taking a long brake from music a few months ago... I think she's seeing the success Justin is having on his flawless album and wants in on that too. She needs to realize that she is more of an actress than a singer. She is just a singer because Disney made her one like they do all of their stars, she doesn't actually have musical talent...
She can't sing, or act, but there is far more money to be made in the music business for someone who is average at both. You don't have to be able to sing to be successful in the music industry; especially if you are a pop singer; especially if you are an attractive female pop singer.
