I'm pretty confident that there will be a twist and Robin will be revealed as Barney's bride. Barney and Robin fans deserve a huge pay-off. Plus, Becki Newton who plays Quinn is the lead in a new pilot called "The Goodwin Games" for Fox so if that gets picked up for a full season, I can't see her being on both shows. I think Robin being Barney's bride makes the most sense for a lot of reasons. Barney and Robin forever!
Marshall and Lily are having a son...not sure who Stephanie is, but unless they've changed the storyline it's not the baby's name.
Here's hoping the bride is Robin. They have been circling each other on and off for several seasons. Next season will probably be their last. It.....

Let Robin and Barney make it down the aisle!!! We all know that Ted meets the mother (aka Barney's half sister) at this wedding so who knows when we actually get to see this wedding happen since it was said its sometime in the future. I'm just ready for this new season to start and Barney and Quinn finally break up I am not a fan of her, yes she can put him in his place but she is manipulating.
The Barman and Robin belong together. I hope the show runners won't pull some move and spoil it for the fans. It's a comedy, not a bloody drama. About Ted, I'd like it to end with him meeting her. That way they can't spoil it, just one big moment and that kids, it's how I met your mother

Let us meet her at the end of season 8 and then we can see them date through Season 9 and Ted can propose in the series finale
Personally, I always thought this was Ted telling the kids about how he met their mother because she died. That's just the feel I get with the whole show.
He is telling the kids the story because in the episode where the whole group goes out to brunch with Ted's parents, while he's dating Robin, and his parents tell Ted they are getting divorced, he realizes he knows nothing about his parents relationship and vows that he will one day tell his kids the entire story of how he met their mother.
I love HIMYM and I'm fine with a Season 9 as long as Ted meets The Mothe.....
